Música: El gran regreso de Jennifer Lopez

Mientras celebra el cumpleaños de sus hijos, Max y Emme, junto a su esposo, productor y musico Marc Anthony, J-Lo tiene más de un motivo para celebrar. Su nuevo sencillo "On The Floor", interpretado con el boricua Pitbull, ya es un exito mundial. El simple se estreno hace dos días en las tiendas virtuales de iTunes al rededor del mundo y ya es número 1 en España, Grecia, Suecia, Finlandia, Belgica y Francia, debuto segunda en Estados Unidos y en Canada.

Luego de varios intentos la racha le llegó a J-Lo cuando la llamaro para ser parte del jurado de American Idol, el show de TV más visto en los últimos tiempos. Pero no fue facil. La negociación duro un tiempo y los rumores daban vuelta por la internet sin saber la certeza de que si iba a ser parte de AI. Y ahora "On The Floor", estrenada hace unas semanas atras en la radio y bien recibida por el público. Con una base de "Llorando Se Fue", una canción de lambada boliviana y muy popular, ella le puso algo electro con la ayuda de Pitbull. El video de la canción se estrena el próximo 3 de Marzo en VEVO y obvio que te lo vamos a traer para que lo veas.

It’s official: Jennifer Lopez is back!

After a string of flop singles, JLo has finally scored herself a sizeable hit with her RedOne-produced club anthem “On the Floor”. It’s only been out on iTunes for a day or two in most places, but the song has already shot straight to No.1 in Spain, Greece, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, and France, and has hit the top three in both Canada and Australia. And it’s not just an international hit either — “On the Floor” has already reached No.7 on US iTunes, and is still climbing!

“On the Floor” will debut (!) tomorrow on the Billboard Pop Songs chart at #40, making it Jen’s first song to even reach the Top Forty of the charts since “Do It Well” back in 2007. It’s also garnering strong radio play, and has already reached No.37 on the Mediabase Top Forty Airplay Chart.

The official music video for “On the Floor” will premiere on VEVO on March 3rd, but is also rumored to simultaneously premiere on American Idol, which would be huge exposure for Jennifer considering it’s still one of the top rated shows in America.

I never thought we’d see Jennifer back on the charts again, but I bet even her biggest fans and record label didn’t expect “On the Floor” to take off like this. This is massive for a 41-year-old pop diva who hasn’t had a real hit single since 2005.
