El breve fragmento tiene una duración de 30 segundo y presenta a Adele caminando cerca a un río en París, conocida como la Ciudad de las Luces. El video musical es oscuro y fue filmado en blanco y negro para transmitir un drama que se conjuga con la música.

Cabe mencionar que "Someone Like You" fue el tema que Adele interpretó durante la ceremonia de los premios MTV VMA 2011 y actualmente está en los primeros lugares del Billboard Hot 100.
